How to become a confident 'THAT' girl.

Have you ever wanted to become someone that everyone loves and admires? Have you ever wanted to be the main character? 

What is 'that' girl? 

We have all seen 'that' girl trend all over social media. It is the girl who wakes up early, has a morning routine, and lives a healthy lifestyle. For me, the meaning of 'that' girl is simply to become the best version of yourself physically and mentally and to live your life to the fullest. 

In this post, I walk you through all the steps on how to improve your current routine and how these healthy habits can impact in your life and help you become a better version of yourself.

How to become confident that girl

How to become 'that' girl?

1. Do work out.

Workout is the most essential part of living a healthy life. Get up and go to the gym. If you can't go to the gym,  start doing exercises at your home. If you are healthy, you will feel more confident in your body. You can also go for walk outside but it's very important to take care of yourself and your body. Glow up is just about taking care of yourself mentally and physically and becoming the best version of yourself. 

2. Compliment other people.

Nothing is sexier than complimenting others. It shows how kind of a person you are. But, remember that compliment should be true. 

It's not necessary to compliment people on their looks instead you can compliment them on their intelligence. For example, "You have such a wonderful mind." I am sure that will make their day and they will feel happy.

Receiving compliments makes us feel good, in the same way when we give a compliment to other people, they also feel good and valued. Being appreciated and valued are some of the basic needs of human beings. 

When you compliment someone, it builds a sense of trust in the other person and you can easily start a relationship with them. Study shows that when we receive a compliment, it lights up some parts of our brain. It is the same feeling as you are receiving an award. Complementing someone shows how good of a person you are and shows your behavior.

You don't know how to compliment someone, don't worry! I have some tips for you all that can help you to compliment someone sincerely.

a) Always be sincere

Give people a genuine compliment, and don't make false statements. Compliment their intelligence is one of the best compliments. 

b) Be specific 

Specific compliments are the best compliments. You can compliment someone on their character traits and behaviors. Instead of complaining like " You look beautiful", say this, "You look beautiful in this red color dress, it suits you and enhances your beauty." This will make a big impact and another person will also feel good and happy.

3. Be yourself.

In this world, people always tell you what to do, who to be, and how to do things. It will be your fault if you listen to them. Be yourself. Do what you love, and start living on your own terms. 

Don't copy anyone. Do the things according to you. Add your own flavor to things and people will remember you for you. You are unique and people will remember you for your uniqueness.

The statement "be yourself" does not mean you should not try to fix your bad habits. It means accepting yourself the way you are and doing things to make yourself better. You should always be focused on becoming the best version of yourself. You do not have to fake your character or identity in order to look attractive to others, because it is of no use.

4. Wake up early.

Waking up early is the best thing you can do to become 'that' girl. If you wake up early, you will feel energetic most of the day.

I am sharing some tips that will help you to become a morning person.

a) Set your alarm

It's quite simple, set your alarm. This will help you to train your body to wake up at a certain time. After some time, you'll get used to the timing.

b) Hop out of your bed immediately

It's quite tempting to stay in bed after waking up. But, if you want to become the best version of yourself, then Hop out of the bed and start doing things.

c) Avoid naps during the day

If you sleep during the day, then it automatically affects your sleep at night. Try not to sleep in the daytime so that you can sleep peacefully at night time.

After waking up, plan your day. Planning your day keeps you more organized and productive in your life.

5. Do journaling.

Journaling is the best way to let out all your feelings and emotions. Write down what you feel and what you want to achieve. 

You can literally write about anything that you want. You can write about your favorite things, favorite memory, about your friends. 

Journaling is the best way to raise your vibration. Also, you will feel so good after writing your emotions and thoughts in your journal. 

Always remember to be grateful for the things you have and to the things you want. Show your gratitude towards the smallest happenings and smallest things in your life. 

6. Eat healthily.

Eating healthy is the necessity of a healthy lifestyle. As you all know that becoming that girl is all about living a healthy lifestyle so it is very important to eat healthy for a healthy lifestyle.

Avoid junk food as much as you can. Focus on your diet for a healthy lifestyle. 

7. Read books.

Books are the best way to increase your focus and concentration level. There are many books out there that you can read. 

If you want to grow yourself, reading books is the best way for your growth. Reading books can help you to increase your mindset and help you broader your perspective on life. 

8. Plan your day. 

You are most likely to achieve your goals when you write them down or make a plan for them. 

Plan your day and prioritize three important tasks that you need to get done. By doing this, you are most likely to achieve your goals and you can be productive throughout the day. 

When you make a plan, it clears out your brain. Make a specific time to plan your day. When it comes to planning, be specific about your day and about the results you want to achieve during the day. Another tip, give yourself less time to finish your task. If you give yourself 5 hours to finish a particular task, you will finish it in 5 hours. But if you give yourself 2 hours, it will help you more to finish early. This tip always works for me as it tricks our mind and our mind works accordingly.

9. Learn to celebrate your achievements.

It is very important to motivate yourself to keep going forward in your life and to become the best you. 

Celebrate your achievements even if it is small. Motivate yourself to achieve your goals. Compliment yourself, if any other person is not doing it, you can compliment yourself. Tell yourself "You are doing great". 

This will enhance your confidence and give you a confidence boost. Make a list of all of your achievements when you are feeling down. This can give you instant motivation to do more in your life.

Your achievements can also inspire other people to accomplish their own dreams. Talk about your wins to inspire others but remember not to brag about it. Encourage other people to step out of their comfort zone. Celebrating your achievements is one way to build a positive mindset. When you complete or achieve smaller tasks and celebrate them, this helps in building confidence and you will be more motivated to continue doing tasks in the future. 

10. Start doing things that scare you.

You have to step out of your comfort zone if you want to grow in your life and become the best version of yourself. 

Do the things that you are scared of even if it is small. It is the only way to become courageous and confident in your life. Trying new things can make you feel confident and this will add some value to your life. 

Choose the things that always scare you, because these are the things that will help you to grow in your life. Strength doesn't come from the things that you can do, it comes from overcoming the things that you are scared of or you think you couldn't. You have to be uncomfortable and step out of your comfort zone. It is very important to step out of your comfort zone in order to grow and to become the best version of yourself. If you start taking risks, you will become more confident.
