Best Treatment for Pimples and Acne

Monday 27 September 2021

Everyone wants clear and glowing skin because everyone wants to look pretty. I also come from that population. As an acne-riddled teenager, I had enough pimples on my face in school. Acne had decreased my self-confidence and self-image. I did not want to go outside because of my pimples. I had used many creams and even visit a dermatologist but nothing seemed to work for me. Eventually, I thought that I had to live like this with pimples all over my face but I tried different things with full discipline and I now have amazing and beautiful skin on a daily basis.

Stop taking your skincare for granted if you want clear and glowing skin on a daily basis. Scroll down below for the things that I have tried to remove my pimples. I hope that will work for you too.

Best Treatment for acne and pimples

Ways to remove pimples:

1. Drink water.

It is very important for you to drink plenty of water to get crystal clear skin on a daily basis. If there is one thing you can do to drastically change your skin in a good way then drink lots of water. It is very important to keep yourself hydrated. Try to drink at least 2 liters of water throughout the day and a giant glass before going to bed. If your skin is hydrated from the inside out, it will reduce the excess oil production.

2. Don't use irritating skin products.

Anything you buy for the sake of your pimples is not good for your skin. Ask a doctor before using any creams or ointment. It is very important to ask a doctor before using any skin products as it may cause irritation or skin infections that will lead to an advantage to your pimples. It will become worse if you use any wrong product on your skin. So, always ask the doctor first.

3. Use a non - comedogenic moisturizer and cleanser.

Comedogenic means blocking the skin pores but you don't want to block your pores. It is best to use a non-comedogenic moisturizer means it will not block out your pores. Your skin can breathe easily. It won't clog your pores while it's on your skin. I recommend a brand called Cetaphill. It works wonders. They also have a gentle skin cleanser that you have to use twice daily. When you are using the moisturizer or cleanser, apply with both of your fingertips. This reduces irritation on your skin. Always wash your face when it's dirty. Don't be lazy if you want clear skin. You must be dedicated to your skincare routine daily.

4.  Never touch your face.

Yes, you have seen it everywhere and it is no different. Your hands are more dirty and filthy. If you keep on touching your pimples every hour, it won't help you. It will only introduce more germs to your face that will clog your pores and give rise to another pimple and blackhead. so, always remember to not touch your face.

5. Improve your diet.

If you come into that category and eat lots of junk food and want clear skin, then you have to change it as soon as possible. Diet plays an important role in the functioning of your body, everybody knows that. Cut out the sweet and complex carbohydrates. I know it is tough but if you have bad skin then you have to do it for yourself.

There is plenty of low glycemic diet plan on the internet, just look for them. Some people say that milk irritates their skin but I personally don't find that true. It differs from person to person. Just make out a healthy diet plan and find out what works best for you.

6. Do exercise.

Move your lazy body from your bed and do some exercise on a daily basis. A good sweat is really helpful for clearing up your skin. Remember to take bath immediately. You just need to clear all the crap that has just been evacuated out of your pores off your face immediately.

7. Shower with warm water.

Hot water really dries out your skin and dry skin is bad skin. So, try to shower with warm water or cold water. It will be really helpful for your skin.

8. Get some sun, but not too much.

I have found that at least 15 minutes of sunlight really helps my skin. Try to take some sunlight in the morning as it contains Vitamin-D which is really helpful for your skin. Don't take sunlight at noontime as it might cause irritation to your skin.

9. Shaving.

If you are a guy and you are using a razor, switch to a straight razor instead of an electric one. This helps your skin to exfoliate by removing dead skin cells. It also cut down your ingrown hair. Just remember you use a sharp razor, the dull ones tend to irritate the skin.

10. Seek professional help.

If neither of the above tips worked for you, then you should consult a dermatologist. They know more than me in this area. But, in my opinion, they mostly work on the chemical approach instead of the holistic approach. If you have the worse kind of acne then consulting a dermatologist will be helpful for you.

Conclusion :

These are the tips that I followed that worked for me and I hope it work for you too. Just follow them with full discipline and dedication and you can really see the changes after some weeks. Don't be lazy and do your skincare routine.
