For this, you have to be productive and acquire some good habits. Good habits can play an important role in achieving your goals. Your habits describe what kind of a person you are.

A habit can not make in a single day so don't hesitate to try new things. Studies show that it takes a minimum of 21 days for a person to get comfortable with a habit. If you do one thing consistently for 21 days, that can become your habit.
There are many good habits that you can try to improve your life.

Let's take a look at the list of some healthy and good habits that you start in your early 20s.

1. Exercise Regularly

Exercise is something that you can try right now. This is not only a healthy habit but you can make it fun by trying Zumba or you can do dance in the form of exercise. 

It is very important to stay healthy whether you are a teen you are in your 20s or you are old. 

2. Prioritize and Plan your day

This increases your productivity for the day. It can be very helpful if you plan your full day in the morning and what you will do for the whole day. 

By doing this, you will know what are the things that are required to be done today and you will be more productive by the end of the day.

3. Practice positive affirmations.

Start your day by repeating positive affirmations. By repeating positive affirmations you will feel way better throughout the day and your mood will be happier. Don't say negative about yourself. Journaling is a great way to reflect on one's experiences, especially since you can't control everything that happens in your life. Journaling can provide valuable insight into your inner thoughts and feelings. Journaling also allows you to examine how your feelings affect your thoughts and vice versa. It's helpful to do journaling because it gives you more insight into who you are and what your life is like.

You can also write your affirmations in your journal and don't forget to be grateful for everything that you have. Be grateful for little things also. This can play a huge role in success in your life. If you are grateful for the little things, big things will come automatically to you.

4. Eliminate your limiting beliefs

Limiting beliefs are nothing but the things that you made in your mind and believe. For example - If a person is successful and doing amazing things in his or her life and you are like "This person is doing so great, I can't do these things". 

This is your limiting belief that you have to eliminate from your life. Instead of thinking like that, try to think like "If he or she can do then I can also do it".

Try to convert your negative thoughts to positive ones.

5. Listen to motivational podcasts

This is a great thing to start in your early 20s because you want to be motivated in this phase of your life. There are many motivational podcasts that you can listen to on the internet. The Internet is filled with many great things, you just have to find the right things.

6. Drink more water

Yes, you see it everywhere because it is important to keep yourself hydrated. Aim for at least 8 glasses of water to drink every day and you will notice your skin changing drastically. It is recommended to drink at liters of water each day and more if you can. As your body continues to sweat, you need to rehydrate yourself to avoid losing too much water by sweating.

Many people do not drink enough water, and as a result, get ill and feel exhausted, An insufficient water intake can lead to dehydration and, eventually, lead to the onset of severe dehydration.

7. Ignore junk food

Junk food can be tempting, I know. Tempting things are good only for your tongue, but not for your health. Ignore junk food just like you ignore your EX. Junk food is one of the biggest causes of the obesity crisis. It is extremely easy to eat junk food and not exercise. That is why you don't see people exercising in the park. It is extremely difficult to ignore junk food as it is everywhere.

You don't have to completely cut out the junk food, you can take it but in a very small quantity. 

Try some more healthy food like green vegetables that can be very good for your body and skin also.

8. Practice self-care

It is very important to take care of yourself on a daily basis as you know you are always very busy trying out new things that you can not get time to take care of yourself. The purpose of this section is to introduce to each other some self-care practices. It is important to acknowledge and value your own health. It is also important to have the ability to care for yourself and when you are feeling unwell, to be able to ask for help. Some of the self-care practices that I will be talking about might be the ones that you already know or maybe ones that you might not be familiar with.

Take out some time for yourself too and practice self-care. Make this a good habit for yourself. 

9. Set your phone out of reach when you go to bed

Place your phone out of your reach when you go to bed. So, when you wake up in the morning from the voice of alarm, you have to get up from your bed.

This habit can be very useful because when you place your phone near you, it's very tempting to use it in the morning and with that, you are simply allowing yourself to waste your precious time.

So make sure to make this a good habit also.

10. Read the Newspaper in the morning

Keeping up the track of what's going on in the world is really very important for your general knowledge. 

Try to read the newspaper in the morning, it will enhance your knowledge about the events that are going on around you. 

11. Refuse once a week

If you accept everything that is coming your way, you will never have time for yourself. The importance of learning to say no is to have self-discipline and be able to say no to people in order to achieve things you want. Sometimes the best thing you can do is to say no to people to set boundaries. One of the reasons people say yes to things is that they have not learned to say no. People who say yes to things they do want to actually end up feeling bad and even more depressed than they were before.

Create a habit of refusing things that you don't want to do. You don't have to accept things for other people. Listen to your own instincts.

Sometimes you can feel guilty for refusing and that's absolutely okay. 

12. Organize your home

Whether your home is big or small, you can always organize your home.

You may ask, how?

Set different spaces for different tasks. Example- Reading, working, gaming, etc. If you have a small space, you can set up small spaces for different tasks and make your home more organized so that it looks good, not messy.

13. Manage your money

This is not about investing. Investing is a different thing. By managing your money, I mean, you should know where your money is coming from and where is it going. It is important that people know how to manage their money and that it is taught. People with less money are just as worried about how to manage it as the people with more. The main idea of money management is to be able to avoid any unnecessary spending. Money management is a crucial part of life. You can't spend avoiding money, but you can manage your money. Managing your money will let you know where your money goes and how to spend your money.

It is a good habit to keep a record of your income and expenses. By keeping a record, you can manage your money very easily and can save way more than ever.

So, don't forget to make this a good habit.

14. Stand Up every hour

It seems very easy, but it is the hardest of all because we have not done it for most of our lives.

It is very important for our body as most of us spend our most time sitting.
We sit for almost hundreds and thousands of hours, and it's unhealthy for our bodies. It is very important to move our bodies often.
